Vice has a very informative style of news with really in your face problems that expose some harsh realities of our society and shows us how secluded we really are from global issues along with some troubling issues that take place within our own countries. Back to the topic at hand watching Vice's Hitchhiking across America was very fun and interesting to watch with thrilling while wondering who the hell would pick up hitchhikers? Two Asians or Asian Americans where desired candidates for pickup in my opinion. Their where some very interesting turn of events throughout this whole Documentary their where a few moments that i really enjoy and can actually remember.(weeeeeeeeed). Traveling into New Orleans and seeing how the area is still effected and abandoned yet the residence where so hospitable and welcoming i am sure the residents of the Thrid Ward and others areas where happy to see someone is still interested in the area that is destroyed. Taking out a credit card advance and actually winning some money at the casino and spending it on a walmart raft and sailing down the Mississippi was amazing. Another event i truly enjoyed was the happy drunks who picked you up who where drinking an driving. If i got offered a beer by the driver who picked me up of the street i would take the beer jug it ask for another and catch a buzz to lessen the future pain. Another interesting point i noticed of the movie is how racism differed so much throughout your travels east and feeling stupid not knowing their are so many ignorant stupid human beings. Overall amazing and visit Vice.com
